An election petition tribunal has thrown out the petition against the election of Akinwunmi Ambode as Governor of Lagos State.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate at the gubernatorial ballot, Jimi Agbaje, had challenged Ambode’s election; citing a slew of irregularities.
