The consolidated suit filed by a group of lawyers at the Federal High Court challenging the eligibility of the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari has been adjourned to April 22.
The case, which was to be heard yesterday March 24, was adjourned to today, and the presiding judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola adjourned the case after dismissing applications by two intended parties to join the suit as defendants.
This postponement essentially paves the way for Mr Buhari to contest in Saturday’s presidential vote.
More details to follow.
